Using the gift set is easy. First, take out the size 5 PVC football. If it needs to be inflated, use the mini hand pump which is about 19cm long and 3cm in diameter. Just insert the pump into the football's valve and start pumping. The 500ml water bottle is perfect for staying hydrated during your training sessions. When not in use, store the football in a cool, dry place to keep its shape. For the water bottle, wash it regularly to keep it clean. And for the hand pump, make sure to keep it dry to avoid rusting.
