Using this mug is easy. Just fill it with your favorite soup or snacks. When using it in the microwave, put on the plastic vented lid to keep the microwave clean. If you want to store your food in the fridge, use the silicone - sealed lid. To maintain it, wash it with mild dish soap and warm water.
